Missing Package?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors/household members.
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.
- Contact the courier directly for delivery proof.
- Forward evidence to us for investigation.
Resolution: A refund or replacement will be processed once non-delivery is confirmed.
