  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Monitor delivery from our Leeds warehouse to your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines

  • Complimentary UK Shipping: 3–6 business days total:
    • Processing: 1–2 business days
    • Transit: 2–4 business days via tracked courier.
  • Delays: Rare but possible due to carrier issues or unforeseen events. Contact us if delays exceed 6 business days.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll try our best, but cannot guarantee changes after this window.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking Your Order

  • Check your email for tracking updates after dispatch.
  • No tracking email? Contact support@mameow.co.uk for assistance.

Missing Package?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors/household members.
  2. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.
  3. Contact the courier directly for delivery proof.
  4. Forward evidence to us for investigation.

Resolution: A refund or replacement will be processed once non-delivery is confirmed.
